Default Project Setting Ignored When Logging into Rally

Issue/Introduction

When a user logs into Rally they land on a project other than the one that they have selected in the User's settings.

Cause

This can be caused by using a bookmark that specifies that project, cached information, or possibly other browser or add-in settings. 

Resolution

Make sure you are not using a bookmark set to a specific page or project when logging in. Clear the cache is it is still occurring. Check your browser's settings for anything that may route you to a specific url.
