New Transactions created again on Posted Adjusted Timesheets

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded to version 15.9.3 from 15.5 and have started testing.
We ran the Post Timesheets for the first time it took over half an hour to complete and we would normally expect this to take just a few minutes.

Upon completion we checked the Invalid Transactions which displayed new transactions created from 2017 and older.
Checking these transactions against the matching timesheets shows that they are related to random timesheets that have been Adjusted.

Cause

Caused by old defect id: DE50691 that got resolved in 15.6.1 

Issue may have been encountered as upgrade was from a version prior to 15.6.1

Resolution

Delete transactions generated that show in Clarity Administration - 'Invalid Transactions' page so that they don't get posted into Financial tables.  
Add this step to upgrade of environment to delete these transactions after first run of Post Timesheets job.
