Spectrum Webapp frequent "Your Connection to the sever is lost" messages

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that with WebApp, users frequently get the error "Your Connection to the sever is lost" if they are not actively using the WebApp page.  Sometimes we see this error within 10 - 15 minutes of logging into webapp.

The dialog box has two buttons "Reconnect" and "Sign Out".  However neither of these buttons do anything when clicked.

Why don't the "Reconnect" and "Sign Out" buttons work?

Resolution

The  "Reconnect" and "Sign Out" dialogue box only appears when the connection between webApp client and server is dropped.  It does not appear after a timeout has been reached during an active session. 

Once it has disconnected, you will have 300 seconds to use either of these buttons to reconnect or sign out.  After that you will need to authenticate to log in again.
