Issue/Introduction

There is a need for extracting/reviewing Element User Data - Are there any Endevor Utilities that can be used to do this?

Release : All from 18.1

Component : Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

There are 2 ways that this can be accomplished. 

1 - The ALTER Command:

To add data to the "USER DATA" field of an element, use the ALTER Action.

2 - The Quick Edit Extension Points:

The other option is to enable the Quick Edit Extension Points.

3 - Reports the content of User data :

To report on what is currently stored in the "USER DATA" field use the CSV Utility.
