PAM Web Portal shows Authentication Required dialog and freezes

Issue/Introduction

Web Portal access using CA PAM Browser (JBrowser) with auto login shows "Authentication Request" dialog. The auto login seems to be successful but "Authentication Request" dialog pops up. When user closes the dialog PAM JBrowser including PAM Client freezes. This is happening when Web Portal access set up for Fortinet Web App (FORTISANDBOX-3000E v3.2.2-build0237 (GA)) on PAM 3.4.3 or 3.4.4

Resolution

This is a known issue with JBrowser in PAM 3.4.3 or 3.4.4. JBrowser has been updated in PAM 3.4.5 that resolves this issue. Please upgrade to PAM 3.4.5.
