z/OS 2.4 is supported by Top Secret including all of its subcomponents like CICS, VTAM, JES, SDSF and z/OSMF.

The following link discusses maintenance required some z/OS 2.4 required fixes and z/OSMF related maintenance.

Please do a search of "Management Facility". We use the full name of z/OS Management Facility instead of the acronym z/OSMF.

It is z/OSMF responsibility to document their security requirement. IBM provide TSS command members to setup z/OSMF running under Top Secret and recommend using their instructions.
