PDT Collections with PTF LU02944 applied causes Db2 Abend S0D5 and Termination

Issue/Introduction

Running Detector (PDT) collections with PE'd PTF LU02944 applied, extra elements are placed in the FRR stack eventually causing an S0D5 abend with the Db2 address space terminating.

Cause

 PE'd PTF LU02944.

Resolution

PTF LU03461 (Hyper) fixes PE'd PTF LU02944, resolving this problem condition of DB2 crashing due to the FRR stack reaching capacity limit.
