Issue/Introduction

We are attempting to connect v12 WCC & EEM to our prod autosys scheduler also running v12. But we are getting the below error. 

Error: E190099 AUTOSYSPROD - Connection exception encountered. CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get initial configuration from AutoSys Application Server(s)..
Confirmation: I190220 The CSAM is configured properly for the ports 9000, 49152.
Warning: W190218 AUTOSYSPROD - The monitoring id validation was skipped due connection problems.

Release : 12.0

Resolution

Make Sure to Follow Below Points to resolve the Validation Issue:

• Create  Machine Definition for Application Server host Machine
• Open 7163  port bidirectionally between WCC and Autosys Server for connection issues

If the EEM enabled Box is not checked in the WCC configuration then

• Monitor User should be added in autosys_secure and present in autosys server

If the EEM enabled Box is  checked in the WCC configuration then

•  Make sure EEM is resolving the Monitor  user as authorized user successfully.
