Our users are trying to navigate to the Modern UX, from within our company's network. However, they obtain an "undefined" error. No error is logged in the app-ca.log. Access from outside the company's network works without issues.
Whitelisting the Clarity PPM SaaS IP Addresses in the company's network, and disabling scanners for certain attachments, solved this issue. Support can provide you with the relevant Inbound and Outbound IP addresses, if the SaaS system's URL is provided.
