ITPAM Agent service failed with error "IO Error or connection aborted while executing request or processing HTTP response"

Issue/Introduction

After installing ITPAM Agent, service fails to start with below error in c2o.log file:
2021-11-22 22:23:24,849 WARN  [com.optinuity.c2o.transport.Client] [ InitialHBTimer] IO Error or connection aborted while executing request or processing HTTP response.
org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80 timed out

Environment

Release : 4.3.X

Cause

There is a firewall configured between Orchestrator server and Agent server which blocked the port 80.

Resolution

Allow ports 8080 and 80 in the Orchestrator server for the incoming traffic under Firewall configuration.
