Issue/Introduction

Updates are failing to deploy and the Sym Agent log files are showing errors such as the following:

Resolution

Determined that the root cause is likely that the updates are being staged to deploy but not deployed until a month later. During this month or so delayed period some of the updates are superseded and these superseded updates are removed and no longer available in the C:\Program Files\Altiris\Patch Management\Packages\Updates folder.
