Recently, the CICS team was unable to log in to View using CICS.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : View

Resolution

The client's users were able to make access to reports with a change of XMS parameter to LGNSEC=YES (from YESP).

It was asked as to whether the client had a resource rule defined for the type PWD (or something similar), for password, that was not moved foward in an upgrade, however the client never responded on the matter.
