AL2DDRES to restore the Datadictionary backup fails with Datacom RC 76(014)

Cause

DATA SET NAME for area DD1 in DBID 002 (datadictionary) is unknown in the CXX.

Resolution

The Data Set name is stored in the CXX when running DBUTLTY INIT - see  INIT Data Area (Format Data Area) 

A backup of area DD1 in DBID 002 is available so run DBUTLTY INIT AREA=DD1,DBID=002 followed by LOAD from the backup.
