PAMSC Utility Appliance cannot start Tibco service

Issue/Introduction

We recently were asked by Symantec support to redeploy the PAMSC Utility Appliance from OVA to resole an issue where both the eventforwarder and the policyorchestrator would not start (simply reported "Bad request").

The Tibco logs

Cause

The error indicates that the Tibco container image is not being sent to that node and therfore it could not be started.

Resolution

Redeploying the Tibco patch to the Utility Group reported an error deploying but did resolve the isse and the container image was deployed and started.
