Alarms are going to SOI but intermittently to OI

Issue/Introduction

OI connector version: 1.41

We have UIM sending alerts to SOI (via SOI connector) and to SaaS DXOperations (oi_connector).

We use UIM for database (mssql, oracle) and cloud (azure,aws) alerts only

We are not receiving MOST alarms from UIM into DXops (SaaS) as you can see form the attached screenshots there are many database (UIM) alerts shown in the SOI console for the past week. 

You can see from the DXoperations screen shot that very few UIM/Database alarms are being received by DXops.

Resolution

Issue was resolved by moving all the UIM Groups from selected to Available in the UIM Configuration, this allow the OI connector to send all alarms from UIM to OI.
