File system driver is down & Chrome extension not deployed

Issue/Introduction

A number of Mac OS 11.0.0 agents are encountering the 'File system driver is down' error as well as 'Chrome extension not deployed' error.

These seem to be solely related to Mac OS 11.0.0 agents.

Agents have been uninstalled and reinstalled on several machines however this doesn't seem to always resolve the issue.

Agent version - 15.7.00200.1114

Environment

Release : 15.7

Component : Default-Sym

Resolution

Please do the following:

1. Create a new MDM profile
2. Import the attached template
3. Scope the policy to your test machine
4. DLP should start working
