File system driver is down & Chrome extension not deployed

Issue/Introduction

A number of Mac OS 11.0.0 agents are encountering the 'File system driver is down' error as well as 'Chrome extension not deployed' error.

There are some 30-40 machines effected by either or both errors, these seem to be solely related to Mac OS 11.0.0 agents.

JAMF Pro is being used as the MDM - agents have been uninstalled and reinstalled on several machines however this doesn't seem to always resolve the issue.

Agent version - 15.7.00200.1114

Environment

Release : 15.7

Component : Default-Sym

Resolution

Please do the following:

1. Create a new MDM profile in Jamf
2. Import the attached template
3. Scope the policy to your test machine
4. DLP should start working
