Router set in RebootRefresh with valid SNMP authentication, response is "endOfMibView"

Issue/Introduction

Router is being placed in the RebootRefresh even though SNMP requests are able to get to the server and a response is received.

However, the response is not the expected response.  Wireshark shows us the following information in the response to an SNMP Refresh:

 

Cause

The router has ACLs in place that prevent the device from responding properly to these requests.

Component : NQRAHV - NETQOS RA HARVESTER

Resolution

Router administrators need to make changes to the router configuration to allow the harvester to receive the requested information.
