How can I access Server Performance analysis using Monitor Solution?

Resolution

All that is needed is to roll out the Monitor Solution Agent plugin, and then enable a Monitor Policy (Windows Server Performance Health Monitor Policy) . With the Policy enabled, data can be seen when viewing Actions > Monitor > Real Time.  Check Real Time data to validate that information is coming in.
