SpanVA UI is not displayed

Issue/Introduction

The following is true:

• The SpanVA UI is showing a 500 error or
• The SpanVA UI Will not launch
• And the SpanVA is showing as Alive in CloudSOC
• And the SpanVA version is 1.15.3.130.0-39rc

Resolution

This is a known issue and it has been fixed on the newer releases of SpanVA (1.15.3.140+), upgrade the Spanva instance to the latest, restart the instance on the new release and test again.
