We integrated UIM with CA Service Desk Manager 17.2 using sdgtw probe.
However we are having a hard time to find the Service Desk Field that corresponds to "Affected End User" in Service Desk incident.

The Affected End User corresponds to the "customer" field. You need to manually add the Field Mappings
