What is the Service Desk field to choose in sdgtw probe to map to the Affected End User in CASDM

Issue/Introduction

We integrated UIM with CA Service Desk Manager 17.2 using sdgtw probe.

However we are having a hard time to find the Service Desk Field that corresponds to "Affected End User" in Service Desk incident.

Resolution

The Affected End User corresponds to the "customer" field. You need to manually add the Field Mappings
