"Monitoring" application Jobs and Alerts view columns sizes are not retained after logoff

Issue/Introduction

In the AutoSys Web UI "Monitoring" application, the "Jobs and Alerts" table does not save any column resizing.

If I go into one of our views, with the following columns:-
Name, Status, Run Machine, Start Time, End Time, Next Start Time, Exit Code, Duration

The job name is not fully visible and I am forced to resize the column. However if I logoff/on Web UI the view columns sizes are not retained and I am still only able to see the partial job name.

Could you let me know how the column sizes are calculated and if there is anything I need to do to force the full job name (up to 64 chars) is displayed in the Name column within the table?

Resolution

Web UI does not store user specific preference, column resize is not retained after logout or login as per present WCC version.

This is as per design
