View - No reports being collected from new zCloud hardware

Issue/Introduction

As part of moving our client's hardware to zCloud, we are running some tests on our zCloud z15 cpu.

We IPL'ed our zCloud systems and a set of jobs are not getting offloaded to View. 

The report, in our production system, gets offloaded to View without any issues. While on our zCloud system, it gets stuck in OMC Flasher (an SDSF alternative).

Resolution

The client was not running an occurrence of a View SARSTC in their zCloud system. 
Their only occurrences of View SARSTCs were in their regular production system. 

The reason for a report created on the zCloud system not getting to any of their SARSTC occurrences in their production system is because they were not enabling NJE transmission between the SYSPLEXes.
