When running the "TOP-N Most Common Alarms: all" report, you choose only some alarms to be displayed (in this case, only HIGH AGGREGATE CPU UTILIZATION and HIGH AGGREGATE MEMORY UTILIZATION):
However, you can see another undesired alarms being displayed in the report generated (in yellow):

This is not a bug. It happened because the "No, show all" option was set in the "Do you want to include or exclude specific alarm causes" field when configuring the parameters to gerenate the report.
The solution is to set the "Include" option instead, when configuring the report generation:
