Add Assigned Tasks does not add tasks with 0 ETC

Issue/Introduction

Clarity Timesheets option Add Assigned Tasks does not add tasks that have 0 ETC.

Cause

There are some predefined filters which are not allowing those to show.

If a task has 0 etc and there are actuals posted against it, the task status shows as complete.   Note that this is the same at the assignment level.

If a task or assignment has no hours posted and 0 etc, the task will show as Not Started or Started and these will show when you Add Assigned Tasks for the timesheet.

If a task or assignment has no hours posted and 0 etc and Pending ETC on Assignments is set to zero it will not be available when attempting to add assigned tasks.

Resolution

In order to add those tasks use the Select Task Option from Add Tasks.

Select Tasks will bring up all tasks you have available to add to your timesheet.  Here you can filter further.
