Program custom attribute values don't show on project list view

Issue/Introduction

Attributes values are shown in the program list, but when attempting to view from the project list they are not seen. It seems like this may be related to an issue related to the layout used for the projects and a display condition. Checking display conditions and Attribute value protection settings, this all appears to be set correctly.

Release : 15.6.1

Component : Studio

Resolution

This issue is no longer reproducible in 15.9.3.
