Issue/Introduction

We have many reports (Booklets mostly), which all fail with the error:

OE_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND

These reports have been exporting normally for years. Manual generation works as expected.

Resolution

Files were found missing in the program's directory, namely the folder Cloud Insight\App_Data as well as the subfolder Cloud Insight\Booklet Templates\TempDir. Restoring these folders restored scheduling functionality.
