XCOM has large history.inserts file but not using History Database

Issue/Introduction

There is no SQL Database configured for XCOM History but it appears some of the servers have large a history.inserts file (directory "%XCOM_HOME%\Config")

Release : 11.6

Component : XCOM Data Transport for Windows

Resolution

This is happening because all HIST* parameters have been deleted from the xcom.glb file and hence XCOM is using its program defaults.  The below parameters should be added back to the xcom.glb file with BLANK values so that XCOM does not write to the "%XCOM_HOME%\Config\history.inserts" file:

XCOMHIST=
XCOMHIST_USER=
XCOMHIST_PASSWORD=

NOTE: The XCOMD service needs to be restarted after making xcom.glb changes.
