TSS MODIFY FAC(ALL) 

issued at different times sometimes shows different output.

The TSS MODIFY FAC(ALL) output is compared to verify that no FACILITY control option have been made.

TSS MODIFY FAC(ALL) displays only active FACILITY's.

Inactive FACILITY's (started task that are not running) will not show up in the output display.
