Issue/Introduction

With service pack 12.3.7 the Autoforecast remains in status 'Preparing'  and the JWP(s) crash with Java heap space exceptions.

20211105/183820.814 - 44     U00003620 Routine 'com.automic.kernel.impl.DefaultExceptionHandler' forces trace because of error.

Configuration.

Resolution

Change the value for MAX_NESTING_DEPTH to a lower value, i.e. 5 and restart the JWP(s) before running the Autoforecast. MAX_NESTING_DEPTH is part of the variable UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS in client 0.
