Issue/Introduction

 When starting Cleanup for Top Secret in a sysplex it comes up properly on the first LPAR; however, on subsequent LPARs it will not come up and message ETCL106E Already active is received.

The GRS RNL entries have to be TYPE(SPECIFIC) rather than TYPE(GENERIC):
