Export to CSV in Modern UX not displayed properly

Issue/Introduction

Export of Project or Task list page to CSV in Clarity Modern UX generates jumbled output and is not readable when using a Workstation with regional settings set to Germany

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. On a Windows 10 PC or Laptop, type 'Region' to display 'Region' page 
2. Click on 'Additional date, time & regional settings' link to the top right of the page then in the opo up page click on 'Region' 
3. Change the Format to German(Germany) and click on apply button 
4. Navigate to the Modern UX and open a Project list page or a Project with some Tasks - change to Grid page 
5. Click on 'Actions' icon then click on the 'Export to CSV' link 

Expected Results: The CSV generated should be properly formatted with columns as is shown on Task list page. 

Actual Results: The generated CSV file is not formatted and columns are cluttered together.

Release : 15.9.1, 15.9.2, 15.9.3, 16.0

Resolution

The CSV Export functionality is the only export type we will have in Clarity UX. 
The reason we are creating CSV exports is because it allows for a greater number of rows and customers can use it in integrations.  If you want to open a CSV file in Excel then you can the Excel import action to modify how you see data.
