Need to remove a pending "vary area offline"

Issue/Introduction

How to remove, a pending "vary area offline" after mistakenly varied area from update to offline. The area is now in pending mode due to active jobs. How to cancel the vary?

Environment

Release: All supported releases.

Resolution

The command:

DCMT DISPLAY ID

This command will display the status of all outstanding DCMT operations. Identify the ID number of the errant "vary area" command.

Then issue the following:

DCMT VARY ID x TERMINATE

Where x is the id number identified from the display above. This will terminate the outstanding DCMT request.
