Issue/Introduction

After entering WRKQC for CA XCOM, Message CPF9801 in called program QSNDDTAQ is displayed.

Cause

Entering WRKQC when the background processor has not been started, causes the following messages to be displayed.

Object XCOMTRIG in library *LIBL not found.
Message CPF9801 in called program QSNDDTAQ (C D F G).
? C
CPF9801 caused program XCOMQC in XCR11ENU to end.

 

Resolution

The CA XCOM Background Processor must be running before using the WRKQC command to view transfers in the queue.

Issue the STRXCOMBGP Command to Start Background Processing. This creates the XCOMTRIG *DTAQ (queue) file. XCOMBGP requires this file in order to run.
