In 17.3 the Audit trail in the tickets instead of Incident displaying as "undefined".
Steps:
-> In 17.3 create an Incident or open an existing ticket.
-> Search for knowledge document in Knowledge document subtab of Incident.
-> Click on the Activities tab.
-> Click on Audit Trail, in the window instead of Incident it is displayed as "Undefined"
