Issue/Introduction

In 17.3 the Audit trail in the tickets instead of Incident displaying as "undefined".

Steps:

-> In 17.3 create an Incident or open an existing ticket.

-> Search for knowledge document in Knowledge document subtab of Incident.

-> Click on the Activities tab.

-> Click on Audit Trail, in the window instead of Incident it is displayed as "Undefined"

This is handled via defect - DE62935 and the fix is included in 17.3 RU 11 and 17.2 RU 18.
