Connection State values show interrupted but ConnectionStatus seems stable

Issue/Introduction

We are using javascript calculator for "Connection State" metric.

The values reported by the "Connection State" javascript calculator often show interrupted (5) whereas the APMIA ConnectionStatus is consistent.

We have included other metrics that are used in the calculator (%gc, %cpu, bytes in use), and they all seem to be normal at the time "5" is reported for "Connection State".

Resolution

Please check the metrics with 15 seconds resolution. You may have to also narrow down the time range, so that 15 seconds resolution data points are clear.

It seems like the reason is the resolution of the data points. You are unable to see those gaps because you have higher then 15 seconds resolution.
