Can you migrate a version 11.0 View database directly to version 14.0?

Resolution

As View r11.0 was in end-of-service when r14.0 was released, it was never formally tested for SARDBASE VERSIONing a r11.0-level to the r14.0 level.

Testing has since been done, and it was found that you can successfully VERSION an r11.0-level database to r14.0.

Note: After a database is VERSIONed to whatever level, you also need to run a SARDBASE OLOAD, to load the panels needed for that target release.

Regarding the banners, you would need to (at the Primary panel), do command "DISP B" to see the list of banners, then decide from there as to whether you would need to perfom a SARDBASE BLOAD of the banners, as well.
