We are at a point where we will be deploying upgrades to the field that will only communicate with CAMDM. Prior versions , that could not communicate with CAMDM, had a backdoor to get pertinent data files. So for 32 bit clients that are out in the field and may not be communicating with CAMDM due to the proxy issue, once that back door closes, those devices will not be able to retrieve the data files.
We need to documentation that we can pass on to our field technicians as to how to “fix” the agent.
