Email Template not picked from table for Registration Rejection Email

Issue/Introduction

Rejection notification email ONLY contains the comments which the user inputs during rejection but the actual body which should read 
"Dear Partner, We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with your request for the following reason {{REASON}..." is missing.

 

Environment

Release : 4.4

Component : API PORTAL

Cause

Template is not picked from the database.

Resolution

Fixed in API Portal 5.1 which will be released in Jan or Feb 2022.
