APM 17.3.0.10 installation removes the CASM application

Issue/Introduction

After upgraded APM 17.3.0.5 on APM 17.3.0.10, CASM in Services disappears and in fact the installation folder is empty except there are logs subfolder there . And %temp%Install_17.0.0.114.log shows

Resolution

Rollback the RU10 installation using server snapshot and then rename Uninstall_CommonAdministrationforServiceManagement\Uninstall CommonAdministrationforServiceManagement.exe to xyzUninstall_CommonAdministrationforServiceManagement\Uninstall CommonAdministrationforServiceManagement.exe and then install RU10 again
