3rd party libraries

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : Identity Governance Client Tools connecting to MS SQL using the method "Static SQL Credentials".

This issue can be caused by the missing MS SQL client tools package or some associated dependencies\ libraries.  Installing MS SQL Management Studio for testing appears to refresh\ redeploy the dependencies and worksaround the issue.
