Is it possible to manage visual studio 2017,2019 patches from patch manager ?

visual studio patches for 2017 and 2019 are not possible to publish and use through Broadcom content server. Updates for Visual Studio 2017 and 2019 require  Microsoft configuration integration using customer side License.
