Issue/Introduction

You receive a "403 ACCESS FORBIDDEN" message when trying to get into the Okta Dashboard via login.broadcom.com to manage users.

Resolution

The Okta Admin user you are using to log in to Broadcom Okta (login.broadcom.com) dashboard will typically be your Clarity account with -admin appended to the end. For example: Clarity account is [email protected], the Okta Tenant Admin account will look like [email protected] Use your Okta account to login to login.broadcom.com in a fresh new browser window (make sure your Clarity session is not active). If you have confirmed this is the correct account and still can not access the Okta dashboard via login.broadcom.com please open a Clarity Support ticket.
