Sample rate for QOS_POWER_STATE Metric shows incorrect value

Issue/Introduction

 Observed QOS_POWER_STATE sample rate is 0 in the UIM SQL database and -39600 via the API.

 

Environment

Release : DX UIM 20.4*/23.4*

Component : UIM - DATA_ENGINE

Cause

The column order was observed to be incorrect for the QOS_POWER_STATE table in the database

Correct example

Resolution

Steps done to correct

1.deactivate data engine

2. drop the qos_power_state associated RN_QOS_DATA_0884,DN,HN,BN Tables and associated QOS Definition

3. drop the partition Scheme and partition function psnRN_QOS_DATA_0884,pfnRN_QOS_DATA_0884

4. Create partitions for the qos_power_state  associated RN,HN,DN and BN tables.

5. activate data_engine.
