Process completing but GEL script doing nothing

I have got a process that contains a GEL script. The process is completed fine, but the script seems to do nothing.

What can be the cause?


User / password of the user running the script were not correct


Go to the process step where the script is set

Check the Custom Script Parameters tab

Ensure the user / password are set as appropriate

Ensure the XOG user is active

Additional Information

Looking at the process traces there is an error stating:

Connection error to the service XOG: Login failure
