After updating the SSL certificate in the Rally on-premises appliance, the dashboard shows the correct certificate, however, the application does not reflect the updated certificate.

To resolve this issue, stop and start the application from the dashboard. To perform this action, use the following steps:
Access the dashboard
Click the "Stop Now" button on the top left tile
After the services have finished stopping, click the Start Now
