Can't change repository server

CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager


Login to SDM web interface as an administrator and open a repository detail, click on Edit and click on "Repository Server" link, nothing happens. As a result, repository server can't be changed. Why?

The reason that you can't change the repository server is the "Servlet and Repository" field is set to background server. If you want to change the repository server to other server than background server(for example, a dedicated app server), you would need to change the "Servlet and Repository" field to None first and then you can click on the "Repository Server" field to change the repository server.
