Issue/Introduction

The Messaging Gateway (SMG) Network Time Protocol (NTP) configuration page does not provide configuration options to enable or configure Network Time Security (NTS).

 

Environment

Release: 10.7.X 10.8.X, 10.9.0

 

Resolution

Messaging Gateway (SMG) does not currently support Network Time Security (NTS) as described in RFC8915.

Support for NTS will be reviewed for potential addition to a future Messaging Gateway release.
