Can RLX Gold Key be used for z14 and z15 CPUs?

Issue/Introduction

Client has been provide gold key for application 

we are planning to upgrade from our CPU system  z14 to CPU system z15.  The contract for the Product Keys, can the same current Product Keys transferred from z14 to z15?  The question is do we need new Product Keys to be applied to CPU system z15 because of the upgrade?

Resolution

The Gold Key is transferrable between hardware. You should be fine.

z/14 and z15 will not be an issue.
