Rally Jira adapter not working - RAJ

Issue/Introduction
Our Adapter is hosted on IKP platform. The adapter pod is not spinning up which has resulted into adapter in non working state.
Resolution
DB Pod did not have permissions to write to the data file mounted on the NAS Volume.
