Search is reset after opening metric grouping or alert

Issue/Introduction

Go to the list of metric groupings or alerts, enter something to the search box:

After that click on the found element, then click Cancel.

The console returns to the main list, but Search box is reset and you have to search for the same string again. Can we lock the search with the last string?

For now there is no way to lock the last string searched.
